have you ever felt that you were destined to do something great? that you have this feeling that you're waiting...waiting for something to happen so that you can make you're mark on this world.
once this work colleague stopped by my cube and observed how i cross off completed days on my calendar. he said, "oh, you're one of those people." and i asked what he meant by that. and he said "it's like you're waiting for something."
i had NO response. for some reason that really affected me because...well yes, that is exactly how i feel.
i do appreciate all that i have and i do stop to enjoy the small moments...but i can't shake that desire to change something about the world...

So I know this has absolutley nothing to do with books but as an avid Steelers fan I just had to post some love for my home team. Kinda bummed that I am not back in southwestern PA for the game but I will do my best to show some Steelers pride here in D.C. Can't wait for the Super Bowl. The awesome Glee episode after the game isn't so bad either :D
